• Customers can efficiently submit orders for multiple ship-to addresses or trucks.
• Orders can be placed at any of the numerous Sid Harvey locations assigned to the customer’s account.

• • Product Search: Utilizes a Google-style search with partial descriptions, manufacturer names, or part numbers to locate products.
  • Quick Order: Enables barcode scanning for rapid item selection; similar search functionality as the product search feature.
  • Shop from History: Allows reordering of previously purchased items, which are organized by Product groups for ease of access.
  • Promotions: Displays current promotional offers available for viewing and purchase.
  • Shop by Department: Permits selection of main product groups and subgroups, with the option to refine searches further via a Google-like search within these categories.
• Email confirmation setup allows notifications to be sent to the individual placing the order and additional recipients within the organization, such as the technician or purchasing manager.
• The application provides access to a detailed review of all past orders, inclusive of store, salesperson, web, and app orders. It also displays tracking information when shipments are handled by common carriers.
• Invoices can be conveniently emailed directly from the Order Summary tab within Order Inquiry.
• The Order History feature catalogs all previous orders placed through the Sid Harvey app for record-keeping and reference.
